COVID 19 KITCHEN AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

  • Employees Body Temperature Checks with Infrared Non-Contact Thermometers at the      Start of Each Shift.  

  • The Highest Quality Food Service Gloves Changed After Each Procedure.

     

  • The Highest Quality Disposable Sanitary Face Masks worn at all times.

         

  • Staff will practice Frequent and Proper Procedures with Soap and Sanitizers, Before, During and After Food Preparation.

  • Routine Cleaning of All Surfaces, Work Stations, Cooking Equipment and High Touch Point Areas. Sanitizing and Disinfection, Before, During and After Food Preparation.

  • Food Preparation Employees will Work at Safe Distances of At Least 6 feet.

  • All Employees will Practice (CDC) Food Service Guidelines.
