Every stock, soup and sauce is made from scratch in our kitchen. Our signature, bite sized hors doeuvres are individually made from proprietary recipes. Fresh and seasonal foods from local growers and purveyors are brought in daily for the freshest tastes possible.
Specialty foods for themed events are no problem for Christafaros. We can take you and your guests to a tent in Morocco, or a piazza in Italy, or a courtyard in New Orleans without leaving your home. Well help you host a formal, French inspired black tie affair or a finger lickin traditional Southern barbecue.
